Stuck in offline mode, need help

To keep this brief, I’m on an Xbox One and when the game loads to the main menu (after about 5 mins) I’m met with notifications telling me I’m offline. Nothing else will load, can’t play the academy, can’t play custom games, can’t do anything really. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game, hard reset my Xbox, but still stuck in offline mode. Wondering if any other Xbox One users have experienced this and have any solutions. I’d love to actually be able to try the game out :),

Did you try force-killing the game and restarting? On Series X the live service bugs out when you just let it resume.

Yep, no luck with that.

same prob on pc/steam

I’m stuck in a similar situation. I’m on the Series X. saying no internet/offline but I’m hard-wired in to console, checked network status and everything is fine, even other online games are working flawlessly. I’ve had issues with multiplayer status unavailable since the start a couple of days ago. Usually restarting console does the trick but nothing this time.

I have the same but only because of the Series X Quick Resume feature - whenever the goad loads in this Quick Resume mode, I’m offline. When I manually quit and restart, it works…

I have the same problem as you but its on PC and Steam
However, I tried the Windows Store download of Infinite and I was able to connect and play multiplayer.

I have tried reinstalling and restarting but the Steam version does not go online ever.

I have the same problem on PC using Xbox app. Says offline, when I try to use multiplayer, it says lost connection to server and crashes to desktop!

Xbox One X - I’ve had this problem since I installed the game. Tried everything… power cycled the console and my modem, reinstalled the game…nothing works. Must have tried 30 or more times, but continuously says I’m offline and multiplayer is unavailable. I’ve searched the web to see if anyone has found a fix or workaround and nothing yet.

I get this anytime my game crashes or has some kind of problem. The only solution that works for me is to restart my PC, only then will it work. However I have to do this every time I have an issue. I use the Xbox app on PC.
