Stuck at SR-60, can't choose a specialization

When I hit sr-50, I chose Operator. After that, I entered in the experience codes into halo waypoint, boosting me to SR-57. Then, out of nowhere, I went up to SR-60 without earning any bonus XP. Now whenever I try to choose a new specialization I get it for about half a second before it sends me back to operator and tells me to pick again… I already deleted my title update and cleared my cache twice. What can I do to fix this?

Can you try deleting the Disc Two content from your console (War Games and Spartan Ops) and insert Disc Two to reinstall the content?

Thanks for replying, but I found out this morning that it was just the XP cap. I got at least 200,000 XP from the codes, so I just had to wait for a bit.
