yes there is still very big matchmaking problems,
although 343 has said that the patches are working for the majority and helping them find games they are aware that there is still players who can’t play at all.
i suggest you press the xbox button, quit the game, and then power cycle you’re xbox. give it a shot after that, if it didn’t work do the same thing some more times.
