I assume that you are aware that you have the same game settings available to you that everyone else does.
You’re stuck at Platinum IV because the players at Platinum V and above are better than you.

Or you know…other factors? I fixed the aim issue and I forgot to delete this post.
Other reasons now is team lagging out of the game.
