So not only is it not retrieving data for me. I am stuck at level 1 and I have 0 req points. I’ve played quite a few games and I’m still level 1 with 0 req points and it never loads the post game stats. I’m at a complete loss. I loaded up another xbox one profile I have on halo and it shows my level / req points just fine.
Every monthly drop, this happens. Give it some time and it will fix itself. I would recommend doing a cold boot with the XBOX, after things get reset.
Same thing is happening to me, also can’t seem to find my service record on waypoint “problem detected…” I really hope it does sort itself out!
