Anyone else living in New Zealand or Australia having trouble finding games?
I’m pretty much stuck playing Team arena, Slayer, and Warzone because they are the
only game modes that I can find people in. I wouldn’t mind too much but it has been like
this for me since launch and with the population dropping it can only get worse from here.
On a side note I used to be able to find BTB games quite easily until about 2 weeks ago, now
nothing. Does anybody know what happened I thought BTB was one of the most popular game modes.
It’s not just those locations, it’s everywhere. I’m in the US and it takes me a while to stay connected to a game, and some of my friends in other regions are experiencing the same issues.
At least we are all in the same boat, usually NZ and AUS suffer pretty bad with multiplayer because of our relatively low populations (California has
more people that NZ and AUS combined) so most of the time we end up either playing each others country in an ever diminishing population or
we have to face unacceptable lag and take on the EU or USA (not that there is even an option to change regions in H5)
Unfortunately there are a lot of server issues, but hopefully once something is figured out, players in all regions will have quicker, more consistent matchmaking times.
Could not agree with you more… i haven’t been able to find a warzone assault match since the 1st week of release it died off real quick in aus, also FFA no one is playing that anymore even in breakout lobby im waiting at least 5 minutes before finding a match when it used to be an instant thing. It’s depressing lol.
Seems weird to me, they could have avoided this if 343 didn’t implement that new feature where after every
game you back out of the lobby. I don’t know who thought that would be a good idea but I hope they
got fired.
Same here, everytime I search, it takes at least 10 minutes to find a game, regardless of the playlist. Very frustrating.
EDIT: Seems to have gotten much better since last night. I was getting into games almost immediately.
i live in seattle washington and i got the problem RIGHT NOW its been pretty good so far but lag on dedicated servers makes no sense to me. Im comparing to titanfall. Bottom line add more servers. Hopefully it’ll be resolved soon.
