So iv read the available description on the armor. That it was crafted by a Sangheili prodigy but where does this armor fall in the canon of the games is there anything that expands on its creation and how mjolnir tech got into the hands of the Sangheili ? Is it that the Sangheili have reversed engineered the mjolnir and can essentially make powered assault armor for them selves? If so how would something like this affect the balance of power in the galaxy? Is there is any place I can be directed to find additional information on this it would be appreciated ?

Actually I believe the Sangheili built the armor for humans. She wanted to test her skills and build a powerful set of armor. Something to that effect anyhow.

Humans reversed engineer covenant shielding technology. I wouldn’t be surprised if the covenant can make a Human based armor.
There was a collaboration between the UNSC and Sangheili led by the Arbiter to discover how blamite, the Needler’s ammo, worked, so I imagine this was a similar deal.
