Plans for a STRONGHOLD TAKEOVER: SPIRE are coming into fruition.

Right now:

Bravo Generator made taller.
Scorpion added at (3) phase at bravo gen.
Elite spawn (3) at spire
Wraith (3) and ghost (2) added at banshee spawn
