Stronger grenades

In Halo grenades sorta sucked. If someone was right next to it it wouldn’t kill them unless their shields were already down. I want a bigger explosion that reaches farther. And could take someones shields down in one grenade

Dude, you can’t be serious. Day after day you come in with awful ideas.

Grenades in Reach were overpowered as hell. They could sometimes take you out even if you had full shields. Halo 3’s grenades worked perfectly, where a perfect throw would take out your shields.

P.S. Where’s the option in the Poll for “No, the grenades were overpowered already and need to be dumbed down”? Because I want to vote for that. They aren’t “fine”, they were never “tiny and weak”, and I certainly care.

Have you ever played Reach?

No.

That’s weird I always got killed instantly with a single grenade.

Dude I said take down their shields instantly not kill them instantly

Yea, and he said that in Reach, he always got killed in one hit with a grenade, disproving your point that they were “tiny and weak.” Also reply to my comment, since you have always failed to do so in every other thread.

Biased poll is biased.

Reach grenades are far more powerful than in other Halo games (excluding CE), because the movement is awful, and grenades were designed with crutches like AL and Jetpack in mind.

According to Louis Wu however, grenade have been toned down. He was sure if it was their new sound, but that’s what he felt.

Weaker grenades are good. No more Sprint rush is good as well. This is a FPS, and it stands for First Person Shooter, not First Person Spamming [grenades] or First Pummel Sprinting.

H3 grenades, Nuff said

That’s the idea. He’s trying to piss people off; just don’t rise to it

Took the words out of my mouth gernades in reach were so overpowered it was stupid i would get hurt by nades that were nowhere near me i hated the splash Dmg in reach

All I want is better accuracy with a grenade a maybe a little bit bigger explosion. H3’s grenades had good accuracy but only took 3/4 of your shields. Reach’s grenades had a bigger explosion and took more health down but it had terrible accuracy and had bad timing

Dont think this OP even remotely knows what hes talking about. Why in the world would you want even stronger grenades? have you ever even played Halo? People please dont feed this troll.

Better accuracy on grenades? You realize that the travel distance and fuse time are ALWAYS the same and that therefore, YOU need to throw “accurate” grenades in consequences?

Perhaps you want magnetism or something? Fragmentation stickies? I thought it was bad enough that grenades were like bullet magnets and that 1 in 4 times I throw one while getting shot, it blows up in my face. Or how if I get hit directly by one it somehow enters my armor and blows up in my face as well.

On that note, their size needs to be reduced to fix that.

P.S. Halo 3 grenades took full shields down.

Dumb post. You honestly sound like you have no idea how Halo:Reach nades play. Im not going to explain it to you neither. I think you just want to make random convo. Let this thread die quickly.

I swear, this guy makes the worst topics.

To others who think he’s a troll: He isn’t. That’s the sad part. A few days ago, I commented on a thread and said that the thread had no point - it was completely useless. He sent me a PM cussing me out, saying that if I didn’t understand his point then I was an [expletive].

Also, his comment of “go to hell” a few posts above illustrates that he’s not trying to get a rise out of us; he actually believes this stuff and is insulted when nobody agrees with him.

In Halo 3: If you knew how to throw them properly and perfectly it would take down all the shield of your opponent.

There is no reason for a bigger explosion, learn to aim properly and your problems would be over.

I’m actually tempted to make a thread that just has links to all of his threads. Could be good fun, as long as I don’t get banned. Which I will, btw.
