Noticing a strange strobing effect at the bottom of the screen when playing.

From what I tested it seems like it only happens when you’re facing in the direction of whatever the main map light source is (the sun in this case). I did this inside the weapon drill area, in the first one I’m facing away from the sun and there’s no strobing.
Once I look towards the direction of the sun, these begin to flash on the bottom of the screen.
