Sorry if this isn’t the right spot, I’m just having an issue with the Street Smart Playlist, it’s supposed to go through finding each clue as the rookie, but instead just constantly replays the first mission to find Dare’s helmet.
I just played through Tayari Plaza and rolled into Mobasa Streets.
Can we get more info from you please? Are you stopping, playing straight through, save/quitting, etc?
Can you describe exactly what you’re doing when this happens?
I’m having the same problem. When I press continue after completing the first mission in the street smart playlist it just replays the first mission and when I completed it again it still counts it as though I actually played the second mission because when I exit the game it shows up at “2/7 complete” on the same playlist even though I just played the first mission twice.
When I resumed the playlist it again started me at the first mission to find Dare’s helmet so saving/quitting doesn’t fix it.

I needed to get 3 odst Playlists completed, so I thought the one named street smart (where it only plays the Mombasa streets clue finding missions) would be easy.
Launched it as you would any other Playlist, first mission is to find dare’s helmet. I found it, then it goes to load the next mission. When it loaded in I was back at the start of the first mission and it asked me to do it again.
When save/quitting and looking at Playlist completion it said I had completed the first mission, but resuming the Playlist just puts me back in the first mission again.
