So I have learned lately that it doesn’t take many suicide grunts to take out a covey base early game. Granted that is if they put up a SG before you can get to the bare base.
If a SG is up…target the next covie and then the next, or UNSC when the covie are not an option. Granted you will mess something up even if you have to attack a UNSC base. Two Arbies Suicide G. Rush while a BC, Brute rushes is granted to tear some -Yoink- up too…
Now what to do what to do? Scout covie bases, if none are available for a single Suicide G. rush then move onto a unsc base. This is where the other arbie comes in. Two people suicide grunt rushing a UNSC base is almost a guaranteed KO for that base. Mean while the BC is rushing a covie SG or not so there is limited help to the unsc. If you manage to blow the base up target the other base that the BC is not.
Something is bound to give. I do understand this can be stopped and countered, via counter rush or an arbie at base raging Suicide G. I know most of the possible outcomes… however you will still do mega damage to a base most likely. Then all 3 leaders take out their rushers or leaders.
Next grab reactors, make locusts, banshees and whatever else just scout! Attack a covie base if the UNSC was able to live ( With the help of the covies money which set them back pretty bad ) the UNSC is crippled and with your units your objective is to attempt to destroy a covie base. 3 little armies compares to 1 big army yet alot faster to get out. The rest should just come naturally, don’t let the UNSC build back up PERIOD!
My personal build orders:
Bruite Chieftan/Arbiter: Temple, SP, SP, gather supplies right after temple then Que up the rest, set rally point on pad and lock base when your leader is out. Build a Suic G. depending on how many supplies you can gather and how quick you can make another Suic G. beore the 2nd SP is up. Alternate builds until there are 4 SPs, build Suic G.'s until you have 6 ( for covie base or UNSC in 2v2 or 3V3 with another Arbie. ) If a covie base has no shield single target it because you alone can take it out. If not then read the above.
Suic G. are Brutes or Suic G. depending on which leader.
