Strange Happening in Meridian Station

I was playing around in Meridian Station yesterday and had a strange event that I wondered if anyone has happened to them.

I was looking around after spawning (on Legendary) and took a bit of time before I actually entered Meridian Station. When I entered I noticed that the Gov’nor was not there although I could hear him. But what struck me as strange were the people who had been listening to him. They were all static and could be moved around at will Screenshot 1 and Screenshot 2 are a couple of screenshots.

These all have differing colours for uniforms but look like a sequence of sorts. Also there are 3,4,3 of them and an extra that is a bit away from the others when I started. As Tim Longo said before Halo 5 released that these numbers would help with Easter Eggs I wondered if this was a glitch or I had stumbled upon something.

I was playing around with the 4 consoles to see if this made a difference but got nothing and also the Soccer Ball (why is it Silver sometimes and Black/White other times) and wondered if these 11 were a soccer team. 343 is a pretty well known formation for teams to play in.

So has anyone came across this previously or was it a glitch?

So I have been told ball is silver after patch. I scored quite a few goals with the ball and it makes the GBP sound each time I score. I went end to end but maybe should have went 3,4,3 http://xboxdvr.com/gamer/FitsHisFace/video/44337603
