So I had a dream last night, well sad nightmare rather. Thought I’d share. It wasn’t purely Halo based, except the end. The ending turned into a Halo thing.
> Anywho, the bit I remember is some lady going crazy shouting that the world is ending again, and the Flood will return. Me and a few other people laughed but then a good portion of the room starting freaking out. A few minutes later a lot of people left.

Imo, sounds like something that could happen to Lasky, hahahah - Again, just thought I’d share it with you all 
I swear if Lasky dies from the Flood…
Lasky is like the only new guy I like D:
The flood are gone forever (except for matchmaking making them cannon for unkown reasons, maybe to let troops who never expierenced the flood to find out what they were like).
The gravemind tried to rebuild himself on the ring at the ark but couldnt because Master Chief, Arbiter, and Sgt Johnson went to activate it. The ring was incomplete so firing it would destroy the ring with the flood on it. While trying to destroy the ring and escape the Oracle attacked Master Chief and Sgt Johnson protecting the ring from being destroyed.
After the fight with the Oracle, Master Chief talks to Johnson before Sgt Johnsons death. After Johnsons death he said to the chief “Send me out…with a bang.”
After activating the ring The Arbiter and Chief had to fight through sentrys and flood to reach Johnsons Worthog before the ring exploded. Avoiding falling platforms, explosions, flood, and sentrys Arby n Chief bearly make it onto the Forward unto dawn ship. A slip space mishap caused the ship to be ripped in half. The arbiter was on the side that made it back to earth, chief… was stuck in space. Nobody to rescue him he goes into cryo sleep telling Cortana to wake him when she need him. After the ring was activated the flood were destroyed.
As for Master Chief his story goes on into halo 4 after she wakes him up…

Looked up the Flood, I honestly do think they still exist on other rings.

As the previous poster said, they DO exist on other rings. As far as I’m aware, every Halo ring has Flood samples on it. Plus, the Flood that initially attacked the Ancient Humans and San Shyuum originated from outside the Milky Way, which to me means that the Flood controlled or still controls another galaxy.

I dreamed over the Mammoth before H4 was made. It was more than one year ago. I posted the dream/idea. Now we have the Mammoth. Not exactly like I dreamed over it: Details changed:
It has wheels now - not tracks (maybe cuz of the one guy who said it will be to sandcrawler-like). It is not controlled by rebbels. It don’t explodes in a nuclear blast if it gets destroyed … well at least we dunno yet :).
But the feeling about running around inside the hanger (with the warthogs over my head) - it is the same like in my dream.
Now I have had some dream/ideas over H5. I wrote them down of course.
It is always difficult to write about a dream. Because if you wake up and the logical areas restart - the essences will be truned into: things, colors, noises, feelings and so on. Alwas hard to keep some “pictures” as they were. Works best with feelings. Sometimes with pictures. Never with texts. You can’t read in dreams - only nonsense will come. Especially if you wake up at the moment :p.
But the thing with the Mammoth worked good - especially the right desert was there, too. With H5 it will be the same.
Some ppl call me “Trance Gemini” now. Great :s. I don’t like the simple picture that humans made over elves. And she is realy a wannabe elve. Iam not that facile …

btw: the most humans are scared about talking over their dreams. Nice to see an exeption.
Sometimes you find useful stuff in your dreams. But you can’t take it with you. Only safe a view (falsified) thoughts. Important to build something on it or out of it.
Maybe some 343 storywriters see this and think: hey the idea with Lasky is good. Then it will be like this in the storyline.
And then again humans say: dreams are useless. XP
When I was a kid I loved halo played it a bunch I’m max rank in reach beat all the halo games on legendary solo and had a blast wrecking noobs all day long to the point where halo isn’t as fun anymore when you play it so much and have 20,000 kills but back to the story I dreamt that there were odst and I was one of them we were driving on mongoose’s and some odsts were sitting on the back like badasses holding rocket launchers we were in a desert wastland we were fighting the flood controlling a covenant space ship and most the odst got infected and turned to combat forms which was weird cause odst and flood rarely encountered one another yet this was when bungie still made halo around halo 2, 3 and reach era and it was back in the day I doubt 343 would make a good odst game sequel they should have made halo 6 and halo infinite looks worse than halo 5 and this post is old
