Strange disconnect bug in Halo 4 and H2A

So recently (hasn’t always been this way) I’ve been getting a strange thing where the first time I play for the day, if the game is Halo 4 or Halo 2 Anniversary (which is just Halo 4 again, only somehow even worse), I disconnect.

I play for about a minute, no problems, then I go into the blackscreen with the scoreboard up, only to disconnect. It’s like I lag out, only my internet is totally fine, and every game after that proceeds with no problems.

Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem, if it’s a known issue etc. Cause I’m at a loss.

Not that not having to play Halo 4 or H2A is a bad thing.

I have the same problem, here’s a post with the same problem as well

I don’t think that’s the same problem - that seems to be related to H2A campaign, whereas I’m talking about multiplayer. It’s started happening in every Halo 4 game I play now.
