EDIT: The new Infinity trailer on the main page of this site says that the Infinity is 3.5 miles long, which makes the cruiser pictured the right size for a CRS Light Cruiser.
In the new trailer, and a new photo, some players have spotted a vehicle that looks similar to a Covenant battle cruiser, but is much, much smaller. Discussion on this has been kept to the thread referring to the discovery of Falcons in a photo, so I thought I’d make a new thread as to not clutter up that one. Now, if you watch the new trailer and pause just before it cuts to Cortana in the very end it can be seen again, as pictured in the first picture. In the video it appears to be flying backwards rather quickly. This, plus the small size, points to it being a new vehicle, which is most likely UNSC. Comparing it to the Pelicans at 7:46 in this video shows that it is not a Pelican.

I am not sure, I could be just guessing however it could be a Pelican. Seen as the fact the ship is Human.
A Pelican is possible, but it appears to be much more flat than one if you ask me.
It looks like a covenant ship, maybe the Arbiter and the Chief reunite or something, you usually dont see a covenant (probably a Separatist covenant ship)looking ship parked right next to a human one. Then again, I could be wrong.
It’s called a Corvette. A large Covenant cruiser. Nothing special, just a standard cruiser.
And also I believe the first picture is a shadow, not the full size ship. The full size Corvette would be A LOT bigger.
since that’s the Infinity behind it, it it could well just be a capital ship.

This is a Corvette. The ship seen in the image is a Cruiser.
It is possible that it’s a shadow, but it doesn’t seem to follow the surface of the ship.
A corvette is certainly possible. Considering that they were about 1.5 times the size of a frigate, which isn’t too big, and the Infinity is 3 km long, it makes sense against that.
The first image has a possibility of being a shadow, but the second one is on the underside of the Infinity and of the same size. This ship is unbelievably tiny compared to what it should be.
Definitely a battlecruiser. It appears to be in support of the Infinity and not engaging it.

The problem is it’s way too small to be a battlecruiser.
It looks like either an oversight or a joke. It’s definitely a CCS cruiser but its obviously way too small compared to the Infinity, it should be about half the size.

Actually, the new Infinity trailer on the main page of this website clears this up. The UNSC Infinity is now said to be 3.5 miles long, which makes that cruiser the perfect size for a CRS Light Cruiser, which, I think, looks similar to the CCS class.
I was under the impression that it was just a shadow, but you never know!
