343 may have implemented the Black Bromethean just now, in this half of the season, or they’re hiding something from us. Maybe someone could be a bro and could go hunting in the Campaign for the Bromethean.

Anyways, some friends of mine say that these Knights also spawn A LOT on the 6th mission, Shutdown. I’ll check out that.

OT: I don’t know what mission you came across that bromethean, but what I do know is that on the first mission of episode 9 (on the mm map vortex) I did see a bromethean that was a lot more shiny, with light in several parts that are not on other brometheans. I don’t think I have ever seen one like this, and when I did it caught my eye but I really didn’t give it any thought at all. It didn’t look like the one in your screenshots, it was still orange color and it wasn’t black (at least from my perspective, and it was also quite a distance away).
But also maybe it was just some sort of glitch with the bromethean you saw with the blue lights, because after all brometheans were previously blue before the Brodact took control over them.

Which difficulty does it have to be? Any?
I just finished playing Episode 9 of Spartan Ops, and I did see this special Bromethean appear, it’s quite interesting…
And is it just me, or did he seem to have a unique attack? Rather than teleporting or lunging forward, he would jump backwards/upwards while dealing damage to you if you were in front of him. At least, that’s what happened when my brother and I were playing. Thoughts?
