This is one of my first real posts ever, although I’ve been thinking about joining in on the forum fun for a while. Anyway, I just wanted to ask my fellow Halo fans a question. What story (or top 2 stories) from the Halo Evolutions books would you like to see made into a video/motion comic (aside from the ones that have already been made, that is)?
Personally, I would really like to see Human Weakness made into a motion comic. The story made me feel a lot closer (I’m not sure how to put it) to Cortana, and it made the Gravemind seem more terrifying. I think it would be cool and somewhat terrifying to see and hear (not just read) what Cortana went through with the Gravemind, especially the parts where she experiences the memories of the Gravemind’s victims.
Human Weakness is an excellent choice. It has a lot of room for some interesting visual work.
There are only three others I actively want to see animated. Pariah, Blunt Instruments and Soma the Painter. Of those three, Soma the Painter and Pariah are my top two. Though I would love to see Human Weakness as well.
“Dirt” deserves every bit an animated version, it was the absolute best story in Halo: Evolutions for me.
I would like to see Dirt the same way we saw Headhunters.

It’s a short film made about “Dirt”. It’s done in the style of the live action trailers for Halo3 and ODST.

Those are all very good choices, although Soma the Painter was pretty short, if I recall correctly. Pariah would be great, because then we could really see the change the children went through when they were augmented.

Dirt would definitely be amazing to see. I’ve watched episode 1 and 2 of the live action version, but it seems like it’ll be a while before episode 3 comes out due to funding issues

I would donate to them if I had the money.
I would love to see Place Hotel seeing as there going into the Chief more,and there is someone from his past in it.

How could I forget about that one??!!! I loved that story for the exact reasons you gave. That would make a great motion comic! Also, I think it’s called “Palace Hotel”
