Hi,
After finishing the Master Chief Saga playlist with a friend, we noticed that the achievement did not pop out.
When we went on the playlist display, we noticed that two missions (The Maw, and The Heretic) were not highlighted.
The game literally missed those two missions (and I dont think it is related to coop, since The Armory mission was correctly checked).
So I decided to restart the playlist on my own until I get to The Maw and the Beginning of Halo 2, which I did.
Achievement still locked.
What do you think? Is continuing to the very end of the playlist to know if it can trigger the thing a solution?

Unfortunately it seems like it never registered those completions- as they’re next to each other it’s possible your connection to the servers dropped at that point
Those two missions do not get marked as completed in coop. Ive tried a few times, as have others.
