One thing I’m wondering about in Halo 4’s Campaign is if we’ll see the Storm’s side of the story. One thing I loved about Halo 2, 3, and Wars, was seeing the Covenant’s side of the story be told.
In Halo Wars, we played as the UNSC the whole time, but we did see the Covenant’s side of the story every so often in the Cutscenes. I’m hoping this happens too in Halo 4.
What do you think? I know this is John’s story, but seeing the other side of the story is always nice. Do you think it should just be from John’s side? Or both?

It was pretty obvious in The Thursday War how the storm covenant came to be and why they are at Requiem.
Yes and no.
The yeah is like, i want to hear what the didact or whoever has to say, their side of it all, though being imprisoned for 100,000 years, probably make you -Yoink- bat -Yoink- crazy, there’s a theory! Cortanas crazyness will be trumped by the didacts crazyness and then she’d be back to normal.
The no side of me is, hey! John, havent seen you in a while, how things goin, you still with that crazy -Yoink- blue chick? Yeah, the hot ones always are,…I KNOW THAT RIGHT! BUDDY. Oh you have this saving the universe thing going on, oh! Sorry buddy, yeah, yeah, we’ll catch up later.
Or thats how its going on in my head.
I think we should only know as much as the chief would know at any given time, seeing as though we are playing from his point of view.

I don’t mean their backstory, though that’s nice. I mean they’re current viewing in the game. Such as Jul finding the Didact and talking him into helping Storm.

Yeah sorry, that’s what I meant. I still think we should view that alliance with a little confusion when we first encounter it, seeing as that is how MC would feel. In saying that, I wouldn’t really mind either way. It would be interesting to see.
They Storm are just like the Covenant of old, just replace their quest for the Halos and the extinction of humanity with their goal of finding the Didact and exterminating humanity.
