The Stormbringers FPS Clan is an Xbox LIVE Clan. We are focused around the Halo Universe, but we also play other FPS games as well. We are a very competitive Clan, but we do like to have fun. We have very few restrictions and rules. This is all explained clearly on our Page, under the “About” section.
Restrictions for recruitment are simple. We ask that you are at least 15 years of age or older. Have an Xbox LIVE Gold Account upon joining (to ensure the account and Gamertag are real). We will absolutely NOT tolerate cheaters or modders in any form.
We do not require any new Members to change anything on their Xbox LIVE account. How you have it now, if you are satisfied, then keep it that way! If you wish to change it to Stormbringers type profile, then I can help you out with that over Xbox LIVE through Party Chat or texting. However, if you do decide to change it to a Stormbringers style profile, you are not obligated to keep it that way.
The Stormbringers were founded by a group of friends. We decided that since we already hang out pretty much every night, why not give ourselves a name. The Stormbringers has grown from 4 members in November of 2012, the 4 Founding members, to over 50 members now. Listed on our Facebook page you will see there are 21 Members. These are the 4 Founders and the OS (Original Stormbringers). OS are Members who have joined before January 2013. However, we are seeking 4 more members to take on an OS Status within the Clan. For a total of 25 Founders/OS. Anyone who joins after those titles are filled, will be known as “SS” (Standard Stormbringers.) This does not mean that any of the SS are less important then the OS.
As I have said, currently we are looking for 4 new Members to take OS Status titles. We are also in need of “Experienced” Spartans (Warrant Officers, Chief Warrant Officers, and Chiefs of the Guard). These are NOT Halo: Reach ranks. These are ranks we use within the Clan. Also, we are looking for “Standard” and “Entry-Level” Members. (Entry-Level includes the ranks of Recruit, Private and Corporal. Standard includes the ranks of Sergeant, Staff Sergeant and Master Sergeant.)
Once you join the Clan, you will be known simply as a “Member.” This does not mean you are any less important than myself to the Clan. In order to get a rank within the Clan, you will need to go through a trial called the “Proving Grounds.”
The Proving Grounds, or PG, is a 3 match, War Games Custom Games setup. Participants include 2 Founders and the Joining Member. It has 3 matches. The first 2 matches, both gametype and map are chosen by a Founder. The ONLY thing we change about these matches, is we disable the teams. EVERYTHING else about the match is to War Games basic playability. The third and final match, map and gametype are selected by the joining Member. After the PG is completed, your scores will be assessed and tallied. After a review by myself and the President (or other Founder) you will be given a Clan Rank and placed into a Ranked Division, based strictly on your performance and how well we are impressed.
There are 7 ranked Divisions. Each Division consists of 3 Ranks. They are as follows:
Entry-Level Division.

-Master Sergeant
Experienced Division.

Lower Officer Division.

The Vanguard Division is strictly limited to the 4 Founders. Myself, the President and 2 Storm Casters. However, every single rank up to Joint Chief is accessible by anyone who joins the Stormbringers. Each Rank has a requirement to complete in order to reach the next rank. They re not difficult, and are not impossible to do at all. Some require bringing new members in, or completing a certain amount of War Games matches with at least one other Clan member.
