Why don’t I see as many people using it? It is OP as crap. If you can get into their face its a kill, don’t even get me started if you burst it.
Most encounters happen at mid range. Its great at close range but not very good a mid range tbh.
Yeah it gets beat out at mid range with battle rifles. I actually really like using it but id prefer not to water req points on something that I might die with.

Not true. With practice I can now use it at mid to even mid-long to decimate shields, then switch to the pistol fit a quick headshot. The gun is broken when in, even moderately, skilled hands.
love using fury ( glad i got the cert for this) along with a br in warzone…especially in the more cramped maps like apex and strombreak…
The Storm Rifle is VERY OP. Most of my kills in that match were from the Storm Rifle. I won sooo many 2v1 battles with it. I even won a 3v1.
Oh how I love the Storm Rifle, I could wreak havoc in halo 4 with it and now, with it being so powerful, I can earn kills across the board with it. Blissful Slumber is so fun as well.
I used it in Halo 4 haven’t bothered to use it in 5 I always discard the card for it, I’ll give it go this week.

I use it when I can! They see me storming, they hating, trolling trying to catch me overcharging.

What is the trick to the Storm Rifle? I get killed in record time against it but somehow can’t seem to get those quick kills with it myself. Full disclosure, I’m not very good.
Really good close quarters weapon, if you play FFA be sure to pick one up and hold down an enclosed area.
Halo 5 Storm Rifle ftw, Halo 4 storm rifle is a different story.
Ill give it a try, at least to max out the commendation
I use it a lot in arena, but hardly ever in Warzone. In FFA that thing is a beast! lol

I just have that stigma in the back of my mind to just avoid it because its probably crap but every time I pick it up it wrecks
Reminds me of a water gun lol
I hated the water gun that was the SR in Halo 4, but the Halo 5 version is a beast in a tight corridor. Make sure to burst fire for maximum effectiveness.
I use it when I can. Love sometimes I forget that I have it and I choose a different weapon.
