You could use the Splinter grenade armour mod, if you have it.
Other than using the higher-tier variants of the Storm rifle and Suppressior in WZ, I’m not sure what other tips I can give unfortunately.
For splinter nades, be close to the target. You might have a hard time with this one now because they changed map layouts for the new HCS season and removed a bunch out of arena maps.
As for the suppressor and storm rifle if you can get the jump on somebody first you’ll kick butt. Fire in bursts for the storm rifle for max damage, and the suppressor has a wind up which you’ll need to compensate stability for.
They both take practice. Just be patient. It’s worth learning.
The storm rifle commendation was easier early on because there were so many of them on the map. Just stick to close quarters and make sure you land your shots.
For the suppressor, I mainly used it on Antifreeze because it’s littered with them. I always let it charge up for a second before unleashing on my enemies. It probably has the longest range out of the automatics, so use it for more mid range.
For splinter grenades, think of it like a sticky but with a big radius. If you hit someone while they’re walking, they’ll get incinerated instantly. Use it to block entrances, stop pursuers, a last ditch effort to live, and if you see a clump of guys, throw one right smack in the middle. Also, switch to your splinter grenade instantly when you get it.
I’d just go into warzone and try to defend a base with one until you commendation is complete, for splinters though, just use the splinter grenade expert and you get one each life.
Prefire the Suppressor. Use it at longer ranges than the AR.
Play BTB for splinter grenade. Most of the maps have it. Learn where they spawn and camp there.
Play super fiesta to get the other weapons. There you’ll be able to find the higher level versions that will wreck the other team.
Storm Rifle: Get up close. Think of it like an SMG. And don’t be afraid to let your weapon overheat. The weapon’s ability to drop someone is based on that, and if you try to pulse it you won’t succeed, more often than not.
Suppressor: This is an interesting one. So, the suppressor speeds up after the first few lemons, so as people have suggested already, sometimes you want to fire wide shots before you let your enemy realize you’re hitting them. But beyond this: the suppressor is a lock-on weapon. Like… as long as your reticle is red, that guy’s eating lemons (provided he’s not next to cover; the lemons do a left/right arc towards the target, and that means walls and stuff might intercept). Anyway, what I mean to say is that your best best is to stay as far away from the target as you can while still being in homing range, because your accuracy is locked in but theirs is in flux.
Splinter Grenade: I love these things, so I got that commendation fairly quickly. It’s part of my playstyle to try to think two steps ahead of my opponent, so my habit is to pinpoint the best place my enemy could move to thwart my attacks and to place a splinter grenade either on it or at the best chokepoint between them and that point. Don’t throw when you should be shooting, of course, but my style also is “if I’m losing, find cover and regroup,” and if I have a splinter grenade I do sometimes use that to create “cover.” You can also just throw a spiteful one if you know you’re dead – if someone’s running at you, they’ll die if that thing pops on their chest.
Splinters and Storm rifles are basically tier 2 or 3 power weapons in arena gamemodes. I’ve been done with them almost as soon as I started playing H5 it seens like. Try playing some skirmish or team slayer!
You want to complete your Supressor and Storm Rifle commendations? Razor’s Edge and Blissful Slumber are your best choices.

WZA for the weapons.
Spawn the storm rfile and suppressor early (as soon as game starts/whenever you can early on), and try to rack up kills throguh that. Not the best method in terms of reqs, but it is the quickest for completion.
As for splinter grenades, BTB is your best bet. Arena used to be the best way, but as mentioned earlier, with the removal of those grenades from most of the maps, you might have a hard time finding one of them.

Sadly, these weapons haven’t been quite useful ever since the apparent increase of the wasp swarm strategy in WZ. The only good time to use them would be inside buildings, and even then, you’ll have better success with something like a shotgun or grenade launcher.
It’s not entirely useless, I just wouldn’t recommend it. They are good against ghosts and hogs, though, if I had to say something good about them.
Try using an Active Camo with the Song of Peace Suppressor or any Storm Rifle variant in Warzone. Shoot an enemy from behind and it’s an easy kill.
Storm Rifle is OP as hell, doesn’t take a whole lot of explanation. Same with splinters.
I just used Razor’s edge for the Suppressor
Do what most people do and use the splinter grenade as a dodgeball.
Warzone Assault is a good place for all three I’ve found. Especially on defense, where you can sit on something and fire down on the enemy. Pull a Supressor or Storm Rifle and defending the two ramps leading up to the Spire on Array is how I got my commendations for both. If you can get to REQ 5, pull out the Splinter Grenade Master mod.
Storm Rifle: Warzone, Blissful Slumber. Camp middle building
Suppressor: Warzone, Razor’s Edge/ Song of Peace [don’t use standard]. Sneak attacks
Splinter: Warzone or Arena. In case of Warzone, use the armor mod. Throw it in their face

In warzone, spawn in storm rifles and defend bases. The suppressor can be done this way too. The splinter nade expert is really good for blocking paths. (entrances/exits to armories etc.)

The Boltshot variant- Open Hand is very powerful and only costs 3 REQ points. It kills in 3 Bursts and has good range. It also fires in a way that you can take out a vehicle’s driver very easily. Hope this helps.
