I have to say I love using the Storm Rifle but was thoroughly disappointed with the Storm Rifle’s Smartscope. I was completely blown away with the other covenant smartscopes such as the Fuel Rod and Carbine and thought about how good the Storm Rifle’s must be, so I used it and saw for myself. It just looks really low-res and poorly designed. Can anyone else say the same?
I can’t. It’s fine to me. It’s an automatic weapon, so not like you need to use smartscope with it so often.

True, but I sometimes spray the weapon in bursts to melt his/her shields so I can pop a headshot.
It does its job honestly, I cant really complain about it. I dont use it enough for it to matter much.
The Plasma Pistol needs a better Smartscope design-wise far more then the Storm Rifle’s in my opinion.

I’m not disappointed by the Storm Rifle’s smartscope still does the job. Overall I wish smartscope doesn’t apply to automatic weapons.

Not really noticed but gotta mention i do love the fuel rods smartscopes animation and look.
bit i also agree with one of the comments in here, I am not too fond of the Plasma pistols smartscope
I think it’s fine. Plus it’s on an automatic. What I don’t like is that you can see the smart scope when hip firing and invisible with the SR.
I don’t think I’ve ever actually used the smart scope. I usually just hip fire, but I’ll be sure to check it out next time.
I actually really like it. It is useful. I can also see what you mean when you say that you like the other Covie Smart Scopes. The one on the Plasma Pistol
is really cool and works really well.
It honestly dosn’t need one, so there crafting it didn’t blow anyone away.
Interesting post though, it’s small details like this that help them find tune the game for everyone.
I would suggest though asking people for ideas on what could be changed about it, rather then what people think of it (as you can see your going to get a lot of people shooting you down)
How can you even like the Fuel Rod Cannon scope? So much distracting clutter on-screen…
Doesn’t bother me. I just want less autos in the game lol
