What do you guys think of a storm covonent plasma rifle variant? And no, not the storm rifle… An actual plasma rifle that looks like it was made by the storm covonent.

There is literally no reason to bring this weapon in. The STORM RIFLE. and the Brute PR are both better.

I just think it would be a fun thing to see, even if it’s just an existing concept in the story and not the game.
I guess I’m looking less to a response on implementing one, and more on do you guys think it would be a cool concept.

Plasma Rifle is cooler than Brute Plasma Rifle due to being blue.

The OP is saying they should take the Plasma Rifle and re-model it to use the same concept as the Plasma Pistol, where it now looks vaguely like an alien’s face.
My answer is still no because we have too many pointless weapons in the first place and we don’t need any more of them.

Well canonically we are in a simulation where the spartans train to be able to adapt and fight in any situation, hence why we are fighting bosses that are already dead in the story, it would make sense for the simulation to have older model weapons for the just in case that the Spartans end up fighting against say an old covenant fleet that was way out in space still using those firearms

Sort of. It was more of a informal name for Jul ‘Mdama’s Covenant remnant. http://www.halopedia.org/Sangheili_Storm’Storm’ titles were part of ranks, and in the community alot of people do refer to this particular faction of Covenant remnant as the Storm Covenant.
