Would it be pretty cool to see these two factions duke it out against one another? On one side we’d have covies armed with reach armor and storm rifles going against the covies lead by the arbiter and armed with halo 3 armor (combat, assault, etc) and plasma rifles?

The real covies are 100’s of times bigger and ships are much bigger…

The real covies will win, they have the resources while the storm faction only has limited supplies.

IMO The “Real” Covenant were the Covenant before the civil war during the events of Halo 2. There is no real Covenant anymore.

Well for starters, the Covies that follow the Arbiter are Separatists, not ‘real covies’. The Loyalists are the Brutes.
Come on guys don’t kill his vibe. I for one would like to see the Storm or Covenant Remnant which ever you prefer vs the Covenant led by the Arbiter. It would make for some interesting gameplay. Kind of like the Covenant vs the Heretics in Halo 2.

Storm Covies improvise, real Covies are far more predictable.
I hate to say it, but Storm Covies win, especially since they got massive arsenal of weaponry and self-destructive tendencies (I’m sure you’ve noticed the 20+ kamikaze Grunts being dropped off…).
