7 dollars for just the firefall helmet. 343 I don’t understand why you put any value to these things at all, especially at such a ludicrously steep price like this. It’s 1 helmet (that should be free to earn) for 7 whole dollars.
Seriously 343 this is basic armor in a halo game. Stop pricing at all and make them free to earn. If you’re going to sell us stuff at insanely ludicrous prices do the ai, effects, and other filler content not the base armor that we should have like every other halo.
It really is a shame that cosmetics have been gutted to this level. It’s not even that I don’t have the $7, but rather the principle. I spend money on other games, but not Halo, and the reason is that what they’re selling is all you can get outside of the dripfed content. I feel lied to and cheated, and I refuse to support this system, even if the helmet were $1
If you think about it, let’s assume you buy one item per month. Now all of a sudden, you’re paying the price annually as you would for most streaming platforms with lots of content to consume. And, I even think many of those services cost too much. It’s not really worth the price they are asking for.
My favorite take away is that you don’t even see your helmet while playing. if this was a 3rd person game I’d give them a little more room to gouge.
