The store prices are still outrageous…it’s not slick of 343 to “adjust” them but have certain items or bundles right above the closest amount of credits you can buy…1200 credits for a bundle but you have to pay 20$ for 2000 credits because the lower tier only gives you 1000. Let me buy a variating amount of credits by the hundred or make prices buyer friendly…Should also make bundle items individual to buy, but all within the bundle screen so it doesnt have to be a whole other tab in the store at a separate time. Just let me click the bundle and choose either the bundle or only one of the items from it. Not hard
I’m not sure they are “outrageous”.
What they need are more items to buy - and a few more “specials”.
And instead of a token weekly challenge prize - they need to reward with credits - or a discount (eg. 30% off your next bundle).
It feels like they already capped the total amount of items in the store as they seem to be stuck on a handful of bundles and what not and that’s it.
There’s several items that have only been on the store once and have yet to return either. Like they’re intentionally shooting themselves in the foot on purpose too.
But then again, I’m curious as to how difficult it would be just to make new coatings for things that people might want. All skins are is just a flat image you wrap around a model isn’t it…
The shop should be removed from this beta until 343 gets their act together and actually creates a game.
They don’t deserve any money from the player base at this point, because they haven’t earned that right, nor the trust with the lying they have done the last 6 years, and yet to come.
Personally, I wash shops weren’t allowed in any game unless it’s a complete and functional game. This might light a fire under their a** to do their job we pay them to do.
I feel bad plugging a video I made two months ago, especially because I haven’t made any since because of school. In a perfect world, I’ll be able to redo it and make it better. But I explain exactly why 343 is doing what they’re doing with the store prices, here.

Unfortunately, the only way things will change is if we, as a player base, can employ a total boycott, or the game dies. Sadly, the first option is nigh impossible and the second option inches closer everyday.
EDIT: Don’t know why it did it as a reply to the second guy, I thought I clicked on the OP
On the other hand… I’m happy to keep supporting them.
I’ve tried to buy something each week or two… just to keep my support ticking over.
I like the direction Infinite is heading… just incredibly frustrated it’s taking so long (eg. more maps / consistent play lists / forge).
I love your enthusiasm, but that’s just not the way corporate America works. Especially not one of the largest ones in the entire world. It kind of seems like you’re deluding your thinking to help yourself feel better about something you have no control over. But I promise you, corporations don’t care about you and you don’t have to care about them. In fact, they would love for you to keep thinking this way, so they can keep taking your money.
But if you do need a reason to not give them your money, I make a few good points in the video. Especially how paying them at these ridiculous prices only makes entry into the game harder for less well off audiences.
Seven dollars for a helmet and twelve for an armor set is outrageous.
Meh, the helmet is cheaper than a Big Mac (in Australia at least).
The numbers aren’t outrageous. Play any other game with microtransactions and they follow the same money format from $5-$20-$100. The only reason this feels different is that we don’t see what they are selling, something worth spending.
But thinking the solution is to lower their prices more and actually asking them to do that is outrageous. You practically ask them to cripple themselves from other companies.
Or just removed entirely
I woudl rather the store be eradicated from existence. Once again, I am NEVER touching this “game” again in 104 years.
