I have been seeing more and more armor and other cosmetics that are only able to be bought from the halo store with no other way of obtaining them. Most of these have been in the limited time bundles the rotate out making it so if you don’t buy the armor now you will never get it. I find this as a way to milk money out of players for iconic armor that has been in previews games.

Yeah FOMO is extremely problematic and the store’s prices are hella inflated.

Yeah, it’s bad enough that it’s store only, but the fact that the store rotates out, instead of having a persistent selection of cosmetics that is added to over time, is a real slap in the face. I would love to get that Anubis set, but there is no way I am paying $18 for it and soon it will be gone; if not forever, at least until it rotates back into the store who knows how many months from now.
The monetization model in this game needs a complete rethink. Get rid of the limited time store and give us a store with all paid cosmetics available forever once they are added, with new cosmetics added every week or every 2 weeks or whatever. Lower all of the store prices by at least 50%. And then allow us to earn store credits in-game at a slowish rate.
