Store idea: Option to buy individual items instead of whole bundle?

I know the store is a right mess at the moment and I hope they fix it, but this is just a little thought I had. Imagine if a bundle popped up into the store that had say:

1 Craig themed nameplate
1 Usain Bolt pose stance
1 Rubber Duck helmet attachment
1 Black and Gold armor shader

For now, let’s just say the most desirable item in this bundle is the Black and Gold shader.

Wouldn’t the option to be able to buy that shader individually be better, as opposed to having to buy the whole bundle?

I get that 343/MS are trying to make as much money as possible from these “Microtransactions”, but out of 100 people, hypothetically, 50 of them would be happy to pay full price for the bundle, but the other 50 won’t because they only want the shader.

Sure, 343/MS won’t get as much money as they want, but at the end of the day…give the other 50 people the option to buy only what they want from that bundle…and all 100 people will have bought something from you.

I think they should sell coatings by themselves honestly, like have a whole section dedicated to good and unique coatings that would cost around $1 - $3 based on their quality and uniqueness.

I think every item should be in the store similar to gears 5. Just have tabs for armor, amor coatings, weapon coatings, vehicle coatings, stances, emblem packs (note I say pack and not the individual crap they have going on already, and then banners. Have them always in the shop and occasionally add seasonal things like the upcoming Christmas armor pieces, or Halloween stuff.

only thing I feel that should be bundled are armour coatings, since as of right now they’re treated as individual parts rather than a universal item.

I think they should have sold the multiplayer with the campaign and got rid of the armour purchase crap.

For the store to work in Halo I feel there are a few changes that would need to be made.

  • Most, if not all, the non-battle pass relates armors should be fully available to purchase in the store at any time. Not just from whatever drip feed they feel like promoting.
  • The main storefront items should be limited time discounted bundles, giving some incentive to purchase items that are not available in the standard store or just less popular items bundled with more popular ones.
  • Credits should be earnable even to free players or at least through the battle pass, especially with how much they are currently pricing lackluster items.
