I just have to say that I am getting sick of seeing so many hateful threads lately. Either it’s someone hating the game, or it’s someone hating the people who hate the game.
I just want to say, if you have an opinion, post it nicely (Do you think that this aspect of the game may be questionable); not something along the lines of “THIS GAME WILL HAVE NO GOOD MAPS” or “WE NEED THIS”.
And I know that each side feels like they are outnumbered by the other, but that doesn’t mean that you should post threads that will cause flame wars that include a lot of yoinks and hating the other side.
So I just thought that we could be a nicer forum community to each other, and I hope this thread doesn’t cause any fights.
And this thread is helping? I do agree though. I wouldn’t care if they were organized and thought out, and actually gave good reasons. But loadouts suck, 343i sucks, is not a reason at all.
These are not HATE threads, these are threads explaining peoples point of view. Hate threads are people screaming about how Halo4 will suck; all of the recent threads have been explained reasons as to why people think Halo4 will not do well.

343i is going to do it their way, and when people get praised that means they’ve done something the right way.

True, but such a developer would look at the well-written arguments by some of his critics against some of the features in the game and consider appealing to them.

Or it means that they don’t see the deeper implications of doing it that specific way.

LOL if it really sucked enough, people wouldn’t play the games. I stopped playing CoD online because of that. I recnetly beat MW on Veteran because of a challenge. Two former friends said…“Angel” you don’t have what it takes to be pro anymore you cannot beat it on veteran anymore. I beat all the Story levels to prove them wrong, and they got so butt hurt over it they unfriended me as they cussed me out. Haters going to Hate that is my point.
Most threads that have been posted on here in recent months are not hate threads. They’re rational thought out arguments based of off viable information. Granted there are a few bad apples who try to make such threads. But real hate threads are locked quickly.
As far as those threads go it’s inevitable that some people will try to troll or just blow off steam. However to those who keep calling rational well thought out threads hate threads. You’re not helping you’re hindering. You’re literally your own contradicition. Point of Fact: You’re hating on hate threads that are not even hate threads.
Basically learn how to tell the bad apples from the good ones. If you see a hate thread just report it and move on don’t feed their aggression.
