Here’s what I do with my friends.
SOLUTION:
We (2-4 of us) play a game.
After the game, we invite players who performed average/above average to our fireteam regardless if on losing/winning team.
50% of the time, 1 or 2 people join.
repeat until you have a full team.
- chance of teammates quitting – - chance of winning ++
…now for the other team quitting, that’s their problem.
Whether someone quits on my team or the opposition team, it’s annoying. As pleased as I am with a win, I WANT TO PLAY FULL GAMES AGAINST FULL TEAMS.
I understand what you’re saying, but I think there needs to be something done about quitting. Not only should their be a punishment for excessive quitting but also more incentive to stay in the game, like a more rewarding ranking system and/or game finishing bonus.
For example, if your DNF % is below 10% for the month, you get a tonne of packs and armour only available to people who are like you and stay in games.
Fifa had a good system where if your DNF% was lower, you got more EXP for winning games. It multiplied your EXP.
So, for example, if I am good and rarely or never quit, my DNF multiplyer could be 0.2, meaning I’d get my game EXP plus an extra 20%.
If my DNF was bad, I’d be -0.20, which would mean after my EXP for the game was tallied, It would -20% off the total.
Ya dig?
Completely agree, op. I don’t blame people for not wanting to talk, though. Things got pretty nasty during the H3 days but this is next gen and people have to move on. Plug the mic back in and let’s get some teams goin!
Agreed, and hey how about communicating during the game. So many losers use their headsets or kinects and i can hear them, hell i can hear myself through their mic and still they remain silent. Its so pathetic.

Right? You couldn’t play a Halo 3 match without the put downs to the point where it gave fans a salty mood. These days though, people usually play it safe and stick with the friends they know in party chat, but it couldn’t hurt to not shy away from the experience of playing with other dedicated Halo fans.

Look people are going to quit regardless of the penalty, especially in FPS games.
I’m just suggesting how you can prevent that for your team.
I don’t like depending on people to play and being depended on
I wish companies was done like it is in gtav gangs you can see the full list of your gang and join at your own choosing

I don’t even play slayer, I think .99 is good for never playing in a party and it’s been going up
and not very social of you
I shouldn’t have to do that. Honestly I don’t know if this is true but there’s ALOT of quitters in this game. Is there a reason why? It will be the very thing to make me leave the game which is a shame. it’s so frustrating plus host isn’t a thing on this game either I don’t think
