Seriously. You keep rotating the same six items in the store every day over and over again.
If you want people to buy stuff, maybe give them something new they want?
For an example, Today’s items include the ‘‘Mudhog’’ bundle, which also happened to be one of the daily items yesterday as well.
I didn’t want the Mudhog yesterday and I still don’t want it today.
The shop changes every week, not every day I’m pretty sure. So we’re stuck with this shop until next week.
It does change daily and weekly. Usually two items change each day, and on Tuesdays four items change. This week there are three weeklies though. The mudhog (which mysteriously lacks any mud) did have the daily tag when they introduced, but they removed the tag now. Not sure what that’s about 
Look for the red “Daily” tag on the item bundles. If it says that, I believe that slot will refresh at 10AM PT every day for the week (Tuesday-Tuesday). If it doesn’t have that tag, I’m thinking it’s a weekly slot which will remain static until the entire store refreshes the following Tuesday at 10AM PT. Last week there were more Daily slots, but this week there appears to be only one? Can’t verify ATM.
Anyways, the way it’s set up, it appears some weeks will have more slots that turn over daily than others.
I don’t think they can, I actually think we are pretty much seeing the entire offering for the week.
It looks like there is an algo running the shop from a limited pool during the week. With each week having a different pool, so depending on what the algo chooses, determines the set up of the store. So sometimes you will get 2 weekly and some that will have 1 weekly and 3 daily depending on what gets chosen at reset by the algo.

and it’s been like this since launch, each week you’d have like at least one bundle that would rotate in and out for the entire seven days. Replaced one or two days by something else. It’s dumb

Just sharing my understanding of the system. Clearly it hasn’t been laid out very clearly by 343i as of yet exactly how it is supposed to work on a week to week basis.
