You’re playing Warzone Assault. You’re on offense on Summit (Stormbreak). There’s a guy named Wasp Almighty on the other team. 50 seconds in the game and you’ve died 4 times. Next thing you know, when you spawn you’re shot at by 4 different players.
In case you weren’t aware, Wasp Almighty’s team is pretty much unstoppable, unless you got HCS Pros that went to Warzone School. You wanna know something that most people don’t? Playing Warzone by yourself will make you lose most of the time. Now, Wasp has an Avoid Me reputation. So does almost if not everyone else in his Spartan Company Dominated. But for what puprose? Because you get spawn killed for attacking? News flash: they’re defending their base!
Now I’m using Wasp as an example because his team represents the most severe example. There are many in Whiskey, PartyUpGaming, Black List and Triple Cap that have low reps for quick coring so quickly, they enemy considers it cheating. I’ve gone 1000-1 twice myself and I play with these companies daily. However my rep is still good, which is strange because I’ve farmed before (with separate companies) and sometimes I’ll invite a friend of mine to play and he’s a chill dude. The problem is that his rep has gone down to Avoid Me. For what? He’s never farmed (I know that for a fact) and all he does is usually get the most kills in the game. He was playing Big Team Slayer and he had 77 kills. Are going going to report him for that? Because he is better than you?
Now don’t say getting destroyed is Unsporting Behavior because it ruins the enjoyment of others. New Halo players want to be successful, but success isn’t just handed to you. You must go through difficult matches in order to succeed.
I can understand why someone would want to avoid a person with 50+ kills in a 6 minute match. Not sure why they would report them, though. If looking through a match’s post carnage report after being completely dominated, and saw that both teams were reasonably matched, save for the uber insert-custom-term-for-someone-who’s absurdly-good-here who got thrice as many kills as the next guy in the game, I might want to avoid playing with that guy in the future, too.

It’s Warzone. Just leave the game and find a new one

Trust me I don’t want to face them either. I’ve only faced Wasp once and I had someone on my team who knew who he was so we just let them win(the were attackers)

It’s just a video game… People can do what they want… I’d probably avoid these people too just so it decreases my chances of playing with them. I want to actually play the game without being farmed or having unusual or laggy matches ruin my day.
That’s the internet ladies and gentlemen and the freedom of living.
To sum it up, who cares, ‘pros’ are allowed to get salty too. I guess its fair anyway when you think about it. Sucks to be you guys OP.

that happens everywhere not only on halo, people will report, block or even stalk and talk smack every time you get on had that happen to a couple of friends before

I think the only problem is that xbox one doesn’t have the same “Avoid” system that the 360 had. Now the only way to try and avoid someone is reporting them. I think that’s unfair to someone for being good.

Let them win?
Sounds like they were gonna win anyway but you lay down and took it. You closed your eyes as they had their way with you and just wished it was over.
What sort of Spartan are you? Did you ever play Reach?
Take as many of them with you as you can. You’re a Spartan so start bloody acting like one!

That’s interesting. I thought you could get in trouble for abusing the system so I would report or block only some quitters. I thought blocking them was avoiding them in the future.

I don’t know, maybe I’m wrong but to my knowledge that’s the only way to avoid a player.

He undoubtedly was when I played him. Reported him myself.
