I haven’t really played halo properly since early Jan.
I think at this point of release I was still playing Halo 4. And that’s saying something as I despise halo 4 multiplayer. Maybe I’m just getting old, but infinite just doesn’t draw me in. Which is sad as there is so much promise in there. Just poor execution.
But when I do spin halo up next. It will be MCC.
I doubt I’ll give infinite another spin until coop is released. Might try the multiplayer in a year if it’s still being talked about.
As an AUS player my response to this is something along the lines of that skit “Four Yorkshire Men” from Monty Python.

honestly, when i heard they were banning geo-filters i thought they were going to implement some sort of region selection. i mean, they know how to, it is in MCC. but i suppose THAT is too much to ask in modern day gaming, too much to ask of a seemingly competent dev team… and just to rub salt in the wound, they have done nothing about the servers. and whiles i get why they banned it… there was also a very fair reason people were activally doing it, the fact they didn’t address that just shows how little they care…
didn’t they say they were ‘moving us closer to the servers’ or something like that in an recent post? lotta good that did… and being free to play does NOT excuse poor servers. no matter what people say. but i guess it being live service means the servers will be peachy in about… 8 years -v-
whiles i hope 343 will actually do… SOMETHING good… i really don’t have high hopes as 343 decides to lower the bar so much. their actions just… speak so much louder than their words, it’s just… beyond disappointing at this point
