Stop pushing the developers!

I can’t stop seeing threads related to the playlist or the progression of the Battle pass. They already left a list of changes, stop berating the developers if you don’t want them to stop listening to you!

Look for other reasons to make threads, such as weapons balance requests, proposals on how to improve the battle pass or how to expand the store for free 2 play, do not continue creating threads of topics that are already being talked about.

Is this your first official forum for a game?

Ok, moving on I guess

People have the right to ask for more changes. Yes we are getting more playlists but a lot more are still missing when compared to older Halo Games.

I agree repeating topics are a bit annoying to scroll through but honestly who cares? Every website on earth is like this.

You’re right but we can’t keep complaining about things that are already known to be fixed in the next update. And even though you may not care, we can get the developers fed up and in the long run they will listen to us less.

What a need to do it instead of asking for things in a civilized way and getting along with the development team.

Going off your title,

I can’t see how anyone is pushing the developer when it is their game and they will do whatever they want when they want. Interesting, according to you, I didn’t know we had a say in what they do and when.

You obviously didn’t understand what I mean. Also at the end I told them to provide feedback on other topics until the update they say arrives.

The developers will be fine. These forums were much worse for MCC and the devs are still here listening to us. You should give them more credit. Plus the community on these forums is tiny, so it’s not that hard to sift through trash and find gold.

You don’t need to defend the developers. They can do that themselves. Let people talk about what they wanna talk about, and the developers can listen to it and make decisions

Actually, I did but I was being sarcastic.

The thing is, no one and that includes me has a say in what anyone does. Telling anyone to stop anything in the matter that you did, is asking them to keep doing what they are doing. Feedback in how it’s presented is how others will react most of the time.

Just something to think about.

The less the developers listen, the less people play their game and the less money they get.
It’s not as if they do all this out of the good of their hearts…
If anything they should worry about getting the players fed up.

Luckily… I would like there not to be so much garbage and more objective comments, there was one down there that provided an excellent idea to implement community content.

Not everybody knows what has been addressed. People are just saying what they want, not hardline implying that they don’t know that already. If people started assuming the developers already knew their concerns, nothing would ever get said

Okay. You can like what you want. As long as you understand that these forums are not made to rotate around your personal tastes. No need to make it about alienating the devs when you’re the one who has a problem.

Guys, say what you want, I was just giving my opinion. I am also in favor of telling a company all its truths when they make a measure that I don’t like, but this time I personally think that you have to be a little patient because they say they are already working on it.

I understand what you are saying, but this is a forum and it’s going to have a huge variety of opinions in spite of ours.

A lot of this comes down to ehat you mean by “berating” the devs. When it comes to folks targeting specific 343 employees and spamming them personally? When people attribute negative motivations behind every design decision they don’t like? In the case of the former, that’s over the line and unacceptable. In the case of the latter? People have the right to assume what they want, but it isn’t helpful to spend your time and energy blaming instead of talking about substantive problems and solutions.

That all said, of course there’s going to be a disproportionate amount of discussion towards what people percieve to be the current big issues facing this game and holding it down. As long as people can keep their criticism constructive (as in, substantive and based around the game), I don’t think that’s a problem.

Again, I am referring to the spam generated by certain comments about things that have already been notified to be fixed.

Na. Your post is the reason we’re in this mess sin the first place. IDC how many times it needs to be said. This launch is bad. Period.

I have also made several criticisms and many related to the playlist and game modes, but they already said that they would fix it in the next update, probably in the restart of weekly missions…
