Stop nagging me about the damn DLC!!!

You got my money. I deleted the maps. LEAVE ME ALONE! I shouldn’t have to see this stupid thing pop up every time I load the game and go to the matchmaking lobby. The only map pack I keep installed is Anniversary, and that’s not going to change.

Why would you delete DLC if you own it?

And considering that message is shown to everyone who doesn’t have DLC installed, it’s not going to change. You’ll have to learn to live with it.

Because I don’t like the maps, genius. I didn’t like any of the MP maps in Noble or Defiant (except maybe Breakpoint), and Unearthed could’ve been decent if they’d given us a damn gauss hog. I like Anniversary Classic though, to an extent.

You’re … very odd.

If you want the message removed reinstall the DLC . . . ?

Why would I install DLC that I don’t want to play!?

Because then the game will stop asking you to install DLC, which is what you wanted.

I don’t think someone at 343 thought this through so well. I don’t care about the text across the middle of the screen in the lobby, but that should be enough. There should NOT be a -Yoinking!- pop up every time you boot the game.

Actually, it’s a sound business practice.

Put it in your face enough then you’re bound to at least check it out or look into it.

-Yoink!- off your customers is never good business. I’ve got 239 DAYS playtime on this. I’m NOT installing the damn DLC. It should remember my -Yoinking!- answer and stop nagging me.

Well the customer is always right.
