Yes. I played over 10,000 matches on Halo 3 back in the day. So yea, I like matchmaking.

Honestly I hate the Halo campaigns, the story is terrible and the gameplay is repetitive. If I wanted good single players games I’d go to Bioware or Bethesda.

Bungie.net was hell on earth compared to waypoint.
I understand OP’s frustration. It’s honestly about once every 6 games or so that it finds players smoothly, creates even teams, and starts the game without any issues. So when all of those things FINALLY work, it’s really terrible to get curb stomped 50-25 or even worse.
Most of the time I go positive in those games, 1 or 2 kids do bad but not too terrible so I don’t mind that much, but then one or two kids I’ll see running around single wielding plasma rifles, or they’ll randomly melee me to death probably not even on purpose. I legitimately can’t remember an even teamed game where 1 or more kids on my team didn’t go -15 or worse.

Your bar must be set pretty high up if you think Halo has a bad story.

Most of these problems will work themselves out when the ranking system starts working, and the players spread out to the full spectrum of ranks. Right now, it’s a total crap shoot on the skill levels with the ranks resetting all the time.

Yes, It’s 343’s fault that these “said” kids are bad at the game. Boat load of sarcasm if you didn’t catch that.
I seem to be going negative most of the time and I played a lot of Halo 3 after I got xbox live years ago. Mostly it’s only by 1 or 2 but I’ll occasionally have really bad games. That said, if everything clicks nicely (which, to be honest, isn’t often yet) I can go fairly decently positive. (I’m mainly searching in the Halo 3 playlist as that’s my favourite one apart from Halo CE!)
like i said before in a post i created this game is a giant pile of steaming elephant dung. almost every aspect of this game is broken. nothing works the way its supposed to work or doesnt work the way you want it to work.

lol awesome: in 2009 I was at the very least half a decade in, I was on my 5th XBL Halo name when this dude started
