I believe I’ve found a way around the errors… unplugging the power cord for Xbox from the wall for a bit seemed to work for me.

Frankly I am surprised the FBI and other agencies from other countries have yet to find and nail them (or hire them…). I understand that irritating gamer’s is extremely low on the totem pole for them but what surprises me the most is that Sony and Microsoft haven’t launched legal complaints to find and prosecute. This has been going on for awhile now so it really does surprise me as they are either that good or the desire to find and stop them isn’t important to the higher ups.
I don’t like hacker types, never have, never will as I find it a cowardly act. However, and let’s be totally honest here, with the amount of attacks both Microsoft and Sony have dealt with in the past year (and more), I feel confident in saying all our credit card, personal information and such are very much floating out and about within the hacker communities likely sold by one of those groups. That is what irritates me the most in that neither company will give its customers a heads up on the facts.
