Stop kicking players for 'betraying' in Grifball

Hello everyone,
I, like many of you, have been banned from all Arena games due to excessive ‘betraying’ in Griffball.
This is not a ‘the ban hammer system is -Yoink- tread, 343 remove betraying from Grifball, etc’, this is a attention call for the community. If you have play this social list, you will eventually ‘betray’ your teammates a lot in one of them using any of the available weapons/abilities, it just simple is going to happen no matter how good you are.
I know that is impossible to reach all the players with this tread, however if one more player understands this, my job here will be done.

Same here, but if I just kill a teammate by error I get automatically banned, I love Grifball, but I won’t risk to play it until that is fixed, but they will remove it.

What if I just run around and purposely betray my teammates? I deserve to be banned, don’t I?
