People keep judging me because i’m on SR this or SR that or only have this many hours in"insert playlist" and its killing me. I’ve got about triple the hours and time played it shows because i’ve spent alot of time trading off controllers with friends on their accounts. I love halo and i love yall but you gotta stop judging people off arbitrary numbers like “SR” and “KDA” “time played”.
Some might argue that SR level is a representation of how many good weapons you have unlocked. I can tell you now that i currently SR 64 and climbing fast, i have all i need unlocked to out play most people in any playlist.
Please stop judging people. This is a community, we are supposed to support each other not…“hey you can play with us cause your SR is too low or your time in arena isnt long enough”
Just felt like saying this.
Can’t just ignore them? I don’t see how people in matchmaking would really care either as they can’t stop you from playing with them, if it’s custom games with friends then perhaps they really aren’t viable options to play with.
for the record I’ve never had the issue you say you’re having (although I am almost a 146 not that playtime really matters).
A small part of the community believes SR is important, I wouldn’t worry about them

People wont let me join their spartan companies or other various parties because i’m just sooo low leveled ahahahhaha
I’d just give them the metaphorical middle finger, mute them, and ignore them.

Now I see, it is funny companies look for SR rank or KDs and the like but not all require it, just need to keep looking. Just means the ones looking for certain requirements aren’t willing to actually help others and just want things easier for them. I’d ask you to join mine but mines pretty much dead and there’s no plans to expand it. We allowed anyone so long as they had a good attitude (meaning if you wasn’t a jerk you could join), there was no KD requirement and such, we just played halo and that was that.

You’re right!
For that reason, I am not in any company.

If you want you could join us we don’t have any exaggerated requirements just be yourself and have a good time. But its up to you but if you do consider to join just click on my name and just request an invite since right now I’m the leader of the company.
Wait a minute, people actually care about numbers and progress bars so much, that they are excluding you from play fighting pixalated soldiers in an imaginary war?
Does not sound like the people I want to play with
I think the SR doesn’t really matter but the KDA does.
i don’t know who does, sr doesn’t really matter
Surprisingly, I haven’t really had any problems with people and SR rank. In Reach, getting no life messages because of my rank was a common thing.
Stat flaming is a very pathetic excuse to argue with someone. I’ve had a couple of kids do that to me before. What is this? CoD?
I’ve had that. I only started playing arena around the 130 SR mark and I’m solo. Still not gotten a lot of maps in rotation and had little play time. Even then I’ve never got invested in arena.
Don’t sweat them. Just do your thing and have fun dude. SR and KDA are just numbers and nothing more.
SR just means that you’ve been playing for a good while to me. I’m a 149 and I’m bad at times lol (Majority of the time)
I only judge people in the carnage report. I normally block anyone over 145, just because it lowers the chances of matching against them a little. I normally don’t even flame arty anyone under 80.
This is purely warzone, because I don’t like playing against mobs of phaetons and banshee ultras. People under 80 normally don’t s have a req collection worth worrying about.

Why do you block players over SR 145 ? It’s nothing but a progressive rank, it does not equate to skill in any way, merely time played.
Blocking them does NOTHING to lower your chance of matching a player, blocking just means they cannot message you, send you game and or party invites, remove them from your friend list (if they’re on it) and it blocks them from seeing your activity.
I have blocked many players for hate mail , I still see them in mm.
If anything, you are abusing the feedback system by blocking players for commiting no offence other than having a good time playing a game they love. That’s not good.
I had to go look up what SR was, since I don’t care about such things. Mine is 143 and I have over 20 days playing time. But after all those games and over 20 years playing Halo and Marathon before that my k/d is 0.7 in Halo 5. In all the Halos I have played it had never been above 1. Anyone who excludes you from a game because you don’t have some number or ratio that suits them is being a real T-rump. Don’t sweat it and just play.

He’s abusing the feedback system by blocking people he doesn’t want to play with? Ok… not like it affects anyone else but him…
