All we need is a switch, not a black-and-white system.
If you want better pings, turn the “local matchmaking” on, and accept the longer searching time.
If you are fine with latency, just turn it off and you would find a game instantly.
This reminds me of the stupid store/bundles design.
Pretty sad and embarrassing when MCC has region selections and this game has none. 343 continues to prove they released an incomplete mess and they have 0 understanding of their new engine and this dump pile game.
