Stop Enemy Killing Sprees in Fiesta PvP.. Really?

This is my Weekly Ultimate Challenge. I get to play fiesta over and over and over and over and over until someone else on the other team gets a killing spree… in Fiesta. Wonderfully annoying.

I can not swap this. And now Im stuck doing this challenge to get The One weapon armor coating I’d like.
It’s not even a challenge. It requires other players to hit a spree.

Also, why is this not an Armor Coating too?

It is a poorly designed challenge as will no doubt lead to players allowing themselves to be killed to artificially give an enemy player a killing spree in the hopes of stopping it.

On Halo MCC it took me an obscene amount of hours to get the 100 killjoy medal achievement.

Everybody gets this as the ultimate challenge. It’s a lame challenge. You have to essentially let an enemy player kill your entire team and thrn hopefully be the one killing him.

I feel the only way you can do this is go in as a team of 4, let the enemy players kill you guys and at the moment someone has 4 kills, you take turn killing that guy. So much fun. :expressionless:

Whichever developer made these challenges probably got a promotion and a big bonus too.

Just found out this is the challenge -_-

Any of yall wanna party up and do it with me ? Lol

I was just able to get it after about 6 matches. The best advice I can tell you all is if you are on a map where the enemy is using the wasp or any other vehicle to get kills (a flying one preferably) try to get yourself a hydra and use it’s lock on target mode it’ll take out vehicles in about 4 shots or so. Also if you’re not on a map with vehicles. Try to target the players you see with swords, grav hammer, cinder shot or rocket launcher. As those players tend to get multiple kills. Once fiesta gives them those weapons. Hopefully these tips help someone with the challenge. Good Luck and happy gaming!

Challenges that completely depend on the actions of other teammates or enemy team members SHOULD NOT BE AN ULTIMATE CHALLENGE. I have played over 10 games of Fiesta in a row now and have not managed to get even one Killjoy badge. I can kill Spartans all over the place every match and still not make any progress. This is a BROKEN ULTIMATE CHALLENGE. For the love of God, replace it with something more fair or give us the option to Challenge Swap it.

Damn, Thats the challenge lol Good thing I’m just on MCC knocking out real challenges and not time consuming make it look like the population is high on infinite kind of challenges :joy:

What also makes it frustrating is that Infinite doesn’t show you a live challenge status in game similar to how MCC does it (e.g: Melee an enemy 1/3), so I have to play each match wondering & hoping that I’m even making progress towards a said challenge.

they really mess it up on a whole new level. the devs “creating” these challenges have zero experience in how to design such things

I actually achieved this. It took a total of 17 games for myself to actually complete though. It was an annoying challenge, and will probably make a return when Tenrai Fiesta returns.

There was a prior ultimate challenge a few weeks back to end 5 killing sprees in fiesta which was even worse. 3 is better than 5 I get it but why restrict killjoys to just one playlist? Fiesta is so random and if you are an above average player, I usually find myself getting more sprees than killjoys.

The challenges in my view are structured to make you grind the game for hours and hours each week. In MCC you can get all or most of your challenges done in 3 to 5 hours per week.
