Everyone needs to calm down, it’s the first week of the game. It’s wonderful to many people. If you dislike the game, voice a legitimate opinion and give them some feedback as to how they can improve it and make their next Halo even better. If you’re just going to sit there and destructively criticize and give no constructive criticism and REALLY hate the game so much, go play the old Halos or another game. It’s getting incredibly old seeing the same threads posted over and over with people assuming that 343 isn’t listening to them because they haven’t done what they told them to overnight. This is a very intricate video game and any improvements that they legitimately want to implement into the game will take some time. There’s a long, long process involved in modifying the game (regardless of what you think, thinking that you’ve attained the skills of a map designer and video game coder through Forge and Custom Games).
Give them time, calm down, get your jimmies a little less rustled, and start giving some constructive criticism if you really want to change the game.
Show them some respect, you’ll get nowhere by disrespecting them and saying Bungie was better. If you calmly state what you’d like to see changed, why you’d like to see it changed, and possibly even compliment them on what you do like in the game, maybe you’ll see what you want in the game soon enough.
people are pissed because they waited years for this game, were let down by reach then dropped 60 bucks on this to realize it wasn’t that good of a game.
people spent 60 dollars on the game and have every right to complain.
there should just be one -Yoinking!- thread so that 60 werent made a day
Stop complaining about people complaining. If someone perceives a product to have faults they should be able to voice their dissatisfaction and let the developer decide if amending those issues would be better. There is no way during the time you spent on this planet you haven’t wished a product you wanted to like was better.
I don’t think you all understand. I’m saying that you should at least give them some constructive criticism if you’re going to be complaining and have a legitimately solid basis to your complaints. Don’t just mash the keyboard like a 12 year old and be immature about it.
i spent 85 dollars on this game thanks to the map pass, i have every right to complain how much this game sucks compared to when bungie made it, and you’d have to be blind to see they didn’t just copy 70% of the gameplay from CoD

This is not praise, this is just what I believe to be a logical outlook on the game and its developers. It is, as well, advice on how you could better get your point across as to what you want to see changed in this game. Disrespect gets you nowhere in situations like this.

I just want to say they already did that with halo 2 and 3 this is like a bad joke going back in time or something i dont know if U know this but its halo 4 the 8TH FREAKING halo game dont you think were moving backwards opposed to forward.
It’s like after driving for ten years you have to go back and get your learners and start all over again KIND OF FREAKIN ANOYING AND DOESNT MAKE ANY SEBNSE if like you said 343 in mostly exbungie then why the hell are they pulling this crap halo4 should be some kind of super game by now don’t you think i mean come on i played for like 2 days and was pretty much done with the game!!!
waste of money i call it. if you think 343 did a great job your wrong bungie and infinityward did a good job !!! thats all this game is 8 cod games and seven halo games smashed together with a lot less content… nothing new just a wacked out spinn off of the original story thats all this game is a spin off and money grab!!! the comunity just took it up the #$% and no one cares!

I was trying to make a point, everyone should be able to state their opinions. Half of these “haters” do provide valid criticisms and are constructive but guess what? People still get on them for no reason, talk about disrespect, being told that their opinion doesn’t matter, they’re stupid, and they should leave the forums is disrespectful. I’ve never seen a “hater” say that to the people that praise the game and if it does happen it’s very small scale. It’s all about respecting each-others opinions and obviously people can’t do that here. The mods have double standards, which doesn’t help the issue either.

Well, it’s because they wish to progress and evolve the game. Just so that it doesn’t become too repetitive and such. That’s my opinion at least.

Which is why I aimed this topic towards people destructively criticizing, not those that are legitimately trying to improve the game. Some mods may have double standards, but we can’t say that about ALL of them.
