First off, I’m not mad at 343, just disappointed. But seriously, to all game developers, stop putting out games that don’t work and then apologizing for it when you knew it was broken when you released it. I know you all have deadlines, but take the extra month to fix things.
So to the topic header, if we defend developers and let them know its ok to release games that aren’t finished, they’ll keep doing it! Doesn’t Microsoft have some sort of checklist to prevent games from being released in this state…it seems almost every game now has these problems…BF4, COD, GTA, and so on. It wasn’t like this a few years ago, what happened since then.
To address certain complaints to these comments…yes I know you don’t find many bugs until it’s released on a large scale, but seriously, some of the problems are ridiculous, like can’t join parties, 4v1 matches, static in sound, never on your friends team…therefore you can’t even talk to them. I’ll probably just start buying games a month after release until most problems are solved. Sorry for the ranting, just frustrated…
