Damn, I mean I dislike 343 probbaly more than the next guy.
But some of us are complaing about absolutely nothing.
I just read a post about the buttons being too complex. Ive seen a posts about Chief’s armour colour being the wrong shade of green.
Like wth I’m over here complaing about the bad story, the req system, no elites, late content, split screen and some of you guys are making threads about the freaking font being the wrong size.
I know, I understand, there is other issues, but how are we supposed to get the big things right when we are complaining about the most petty stuff ever.
I’m starting the think 343 do try, but we can’t even decide what we want.
Not to take shots at everyone, but we are starting to be like the boy who cried wolf. We keep complaing about stuff that is not even a issue, we will end up with a freaking video game that tries to cater to everyone but pleases no one.

Lol, that’s pretty fair OP, but I think that part of the reason we don’t see those threads (“bad story, the req system, no elites, late content, split screen”) anymore is that people got tired of complaining about them. I know I did. We won’t see any huge improvements to those areas till Halo 6, which is pretty far into the future. Hopefully, 343i took note of the community’s feelings on those matters and improves them in the future. Until then, all we can really do is wait. That’s just my opinion though.
Not so much complaints that irk me it’s the constant zeroing in and harping on negative stuff… like the ones who keep harping on req packs and money and can’t seem to grasp that packs can be gotten with req points and they are the same packs as money and act as if reqs effect all aspects of Halo and there is no playlist or game types that can be played without reqs.

No your right I completely agree. I know people are brunt out from complaing about the story, that’s perfectly fine, but the issue I have is now it feels to me people are just complaing for the sake of complaing.
To me it feels like people are just going to hate no matter what and will not think for themselves.
To me it semi people don’t even know what they like they just choose a side and stick with it and don’t even try to see it from a different perspective.
I really try to understand what people mean when they have a different opinion to mine, I may not always agree, and that’s fine.
I respect what you said and I agree for the most part. It’s just I don’t understand why people feel the need to just complain for the sake of it.
I understand where you’re coming from, but obviously threads like this dont help. It just adds to the complaints. People will complain about games till the end of time. Halo CE had complaints, and from then on it was a cycle of complaints about the current game based on previous games.

I agree there will always be complaints, but I mean c’mon you gotta admit some of the stuff is pathetic. I mean look everyone has right to talk about what they want just as I have. People are completely free to do what they please, but just as we call out 343 on all of the mistakes and stupid things they do I feel we should be called out on the bull we pull too.
I don’t enjoy having to talk about my favourite gaming franchise going to -Yoink- but there is enough of us to attempt to be heard, I just don’t want 343 to end up hearing the wrong things.

No we still complain about it. But there’s official threads for most of them so you don’t see many threads about them since they are all in one spot.

I played Forza 6 when it released. Should have seen it’s forums. Posts about various cars not sounding right and I mean down to details of the names. They also went on into how the dashboards should look, rain effects on the tracks that have rain. In other words, ppl complain, some criticize and good can come out of it.

Indeed good can come out of it, but when bad comes out of feedback whom do you place the blame on?
We wanted a bigger focus on multiplayer that’s what we said in H4 and we got that but never stated the good things like the story I’m H4. Now we have a crappy story I’m H5.
BTW I’m in no way saying we are to blame for the terrible story, that’s on 343. All im saying is maybe if we told them what they do well, maybe we would not be in this mess in H5.

I agree to a degree,I mean I understand the fustrstation with micro transactions in general, however I do understand that games are getting more expensive to create and it’s a way of being able to keep making a decent profit for the company. When I complain about micro transactions, I’m not angry at 343. I’m just angry at micro transactions as a whole.
But tbh I’ve unlocked most things and probbaly won’t use most of them. And I dont buy reqs, I’ve never had a issue with getting items as some people complain about my issue has always been the amount of pointless stuff I have.
It’s strange I feel like I have to much, but everyone always talk about having too little. All I did is play the game, like wth are these other people doing

If that’s petty in a Halo game, then I’m the most nit picky person in the planet.
I will happily admit it. And by doing so I’m also confirming that I’m just as bad as the other, feel free to hold me to that.
I do understand it’s down to matter of opinion. In my opinion it’s not petty in halo game to complain about those things.
Obviously, you have to right to disagree. But I think you are playing the wrong game to be honest
