> The magazine scans were always going to come out the day after the cover debuted, that almost always happens. We can’t talk about the story in detail, because it is GI’s exclusive. I will say that some of the things that “invested, emotional” players are “raising eyebrows slightly at” are being very misinterpreted (“random” weapon spawns for example) but we will be able to clarify some of those things in due time.

> We haven’t seen a single reaction we didn’t expect (apart from the Dax love story) and we will clarify a lot of this stuff 100% in the coming weeks and months. SOME of the things in here won’t be properly understood outside of a holistic experience (modes, progress, fictional setting, etc) but I am going to say one thing and leave it at that:

> It feels like Halo, it does NOT feel or act like the other game(s) it’s being compared to. Again, without playing it, you can’t be blamed for jumping to certain conclusions.
Stop complaining and jumping to conclusions, youve only read about some of these things (most of which were misinterpreted) and they werent in great detail. Wait until everything is clarified and we actually SEE how they are implemented. I for one have faith, and even if these new changes end up bad and i dont like them, i will still play the game but in a Classic Playlist, which was already confirmed to ship with the game.
I would thank you but the thing is they gatta stop with the bs of making us wait give us the details so we can give them constructive criticism or this game will fail like Reach has. Its ridiculous that the whole community except for like 5 people are ready to kick down 343’s doors and destroy the place.
> I don’t think Halo 4 will be a flop, but I don’t think Halo 4 will have a good rep if it keeps everything that is “known” at the moment.
Nope people in the COD community are coming over also because of what is “known” but once we see gameplay and how stuff is implemented they will go back and the ragers will shut the hell up

nobody said it was fake…we all realize its real, and alot of people are fine with the changes being implemented. if your not, then play classic, stop complaining ! its not hard.
the Halo community is made up of ignorant and impatient kids nowadays.
Maybe it’s time 343 stopped telling us to “wait”. “We’re not there yet” seems to be a common excuse to leave the community in the dark for weeks on end. I mean for real, nearly a year was spent without a new, real trailer. Between E3 and March, we got to look at concept art AND THAT’S IT. ALMOST A YEAR IN THE DARK. Then the vidoc came, they dropped a few bombshells and those STILL haven’t been explained. Now we’re presented with some of the most radical changes in Halo history and all we get is “we can’t talk about it” and apparently a podcast that could come out a day from now or in a month. Then good David Ellis tells us we are jumping to conclusions, isn’t that just rich? Maybe it’s time to stop excusing this paltry PR performance and severe lack of communication, and just give us some answers already.
