343i promised something, sold it to us, and did not deliver what they said they would. They said that they were “taking Halo back to its roots”. They did not do that. You can say whatever you like about “evolve or die”, “things change…adapt”, and on and on. Problem is, 343i said they were going to do one thing, then they did another. H4 is so incredibly “over done” as to be pathetic.

Specializations? What a joke. So if you have 40 hours per week to play the game, you automatically rank up into them (if you can get through the code email debacle). And, if you DON’T have 40 hours per week to play, you run into players who have all kinds of advantages…no due to skill…but due to specializations. Garbage.

Ordinance Drops? So I guess map control and power weapon spawns no longer matter. Great way to kill a game. Short term the little kids love it. Long term, it kills a game.

Glitches galore? Yeah…no need to have a beta. We’ll just get the paying community to fix the game FOR us. Of course, so many have already dropped the game that the only feedback they’re getting is how lame the game is.

Communication? Really? Where? Who from 343i is communicating with anyone? Oh wait…they have a Twitter account. Is that where we’re supposed to go for 343i updates on issues with their game? What in the world is this website for? Waypoint? You mean the one with the menus that make no sense, that has no help files at all, and the only help for the game is from other gamers? Got it.
There are plenty of other threads that detail the failure of this release. No need to go into them all. The point is, my friend, 343i has earned every bit of this push back. Do no preach to other paying customers about what we can and cannot say on an internet forum devoted to a game that we purchased. Okay? Thanks.

couldnt agree more. and to the OP. If we we spend money on a game we are entitled to complain! and since 343 dont have an official site then this is the place to complain

This forum is for feedback, not just mindless praise. Granted the feedback should strive to be as constructive as possible without being overly condescending towards the audience you are addressing (or offending them by capping on 343). Otherwise, the mindless hate towards Halo 4 achieves the SAME effect as the mindless praise does and that hurts the game more as a result. We achieve nothing by doing those or by telling players to “stop complaining”.
As long as the complaints are fair, we should do anything but stop complaining if it can make this game even better! I know for a fact that a Halo 4 that is polished and fine tuned to a sheen is something to aim for and that’s not IMO either.

why dont you go play the steaming pile of crap that is halo 4, instead of wasting your time here. the game is bad i got ripped off by 343, so im getting my moneys worth from here. the complaint threads are more fun than the game. thats how bad i feel about it

Op: I’ve come to realize that any franchise has its very vocal fans; even if Halo 4 were perfect in the eyes of many, people would still find things to hate on
Halo 4 has its issues, however.
I’ve been a fan of Uncharted, mass Effect, Gears of war, and every one of those forums were just like these here: vocal minority being very very vocal
I’ve never been a fan of a game series in which the boards were sunlight and rainbows; Internet, how I love you!!! NOT!!!
Game is great IMO. sure it has some quirks but what game doesn’t right when its first launched, especially now a days 
Do i think they could have done a better job, yes, but they didn’t but the game is still great.
I don’t complain about the game, I complain 343i and MS about what they did to this game.
We give them feedbacks and they ignore us. And if they ignore us we won’t know what they do and it will most likely turn bad. Check Halochart and you see why they should listen to us.
They don’t even know their own good. They give us very little info or nothing at all. I have some faite on the campain on Halo 5, but if they don’t do anything about the Multi or other stuffs like the specialation code I will screw the multi in next games. Get Halo 5 6 etc, clear Campain and then give it back.
Lol at how OP makes this accusatory post with no real argument as to why we should stop complaining about the smelly bucket of -Yoink- that is Halo 4.
