I think Halo 4 looks amazing! The BR is returning, there are graphics that look really good (-Yoink- in pants good), Master Chief/Spartan IVs look amazing, and the gameplay they showed in the trailer looked kind of hectic and fun! I envy the people that played in those trailers. On the down side they have random weapon spawn timers (didn’t hear from 343 so I don’t believe that), perks (didn’t hear from 343 so I don’t believe that), loadouts/custom classes (didn’t hear from 343 so I don’t believe that), and sprint (not even that big of a deal, I can deal with sprint so long as everybody has it).
I am laughing at all the people saying that Halo 4 is going to be bad. They didn’t even play the game so how do they know? Also the trailer said that “This video contains assets and information that are currently work-in progress and are subject to change.” So just remember people, what was seen is not set in stone for the future. So stop complaining, please. Nice work 343, don’t let all the haters make you feel like you are doing a bad job because from what I have seen you are doing an excellent job!
Hooray the BRs back! Good job 343 you get a gold star for that. But Sprint, loadouts, perks, and the possibility of AAs coming back? Not even the almighty BR can tolerate all those terrible additions. 343 needs to scrap all of those terrible additions and start looking back at what made Halo 1,2 and 3 great or else Halo is gonna die.
> > Well just look around and you will see there is perks and everything.
>
> All I have heard is people saying that there will be perks. Care to link something that 343 says there will be perks in the game?
Thank you for this, but they also said that they were going to do it differently and in there own way so this doesen’t necessarily mean that it is a bad thing.
> > These forums are here for us to complain. 343 did a terrible job, and we’re letting them know we’re not satisfied.
>
> Please elaborate who ‘we’ are. I think they’re doing a great job.
To be fair the graphics will look better in the retail version, but seriously anyone who says they look “amazing” have never played a modern PC game or even games like Gears 3.
That being said, graphics don’t make a game, it’s all about the gameplay.

I agree with the graphics don’t make a game thing but their is only one problem with your post. You try to pass it off as fact, true I have never played a PC game before but that is because I don’t have enough money to shell out on a (at least $2,000) computer that is built around gaming. Heck my PC can barely support skyrim on the lowest graphic setting. I think they look amazing, especially for xbox 360 standards.
The Graphics in MP alone were enough to see that its going to be good. Hell just seeing cheif stand there with the BR gave me chills and goosebumps. seeing that un-rendered clip of cheif opening the door was incredible. The new point system (It was no longer 1-50) Is a great change, and will definitely bring a new aspect of a classic gameplay and evolve it.If there is going to be big maps, Sprint is a necessity. All the vehicles taken by others? well you have 2 options, Walk over there to the battle slowly, or sit at your base and wait for somebody to come to you.If there ARE unlockables Good! Its a good reward system. I for one thought from the back they should have been adding something new to the D-Pad otherwise known as the un-used buttons for Halo. I thought you should assign things to things on the d-pad like, Changing the 3 round burst on the BR to a semi automatic 1 shot, or maybe activating pickup items like active camo. All and all Halo 4 WILL get sales, infact they WILL get alot of sales for the new game, almost anything with the name “Halo” Does. And I just can’t wait for any more info.
Also all the people complaining about sprint. In reach you must have been the people taking Armor lock if you can’t catch back up to them.

I didn’t hear about the 1-50 system being gone, that is new. Well, as long as it is not the credit system that is in Reach. Or maybe a hybrid of both would work.

The score is well over 50. And the points by the medals added up the score by 10, on the side it also mentioned somebody else killing somebody else (Which could have been why it jumped up 20 points in general) however that was just my guess on a new mode of gameplay when i said 1-50 i ment game Score. The credit system was garbage. It never displayed a person by true skill, however it did fit the need of player rewards.

THANK GOD! I thought you were talking about the ranking system! Whew, dodged a bullet their… well now I am even more excited for Halo 4. It is about time they increase the score amount, even if it is a new gamemode.
