Servers glitch, people account swap and players cheat. With all those factors in play why are people getting banned for quitting? First i paided $60.00 plus 24.99 to play this game so i should be able to do whatever i want. Second is the glitching, there has been plenty of times ive quit/got kicked from a match because of glitching and or server issues and have gotten bannned, I think its absolute garbage. Third the account swapping, People who are platinum or diamond deliberately swap accounts to pad stats and crush weaker competition. This is what annoys me the most. i am an average player and on so many times there are diamond and platinum players playing with someone that is gold or unranked in order to feast on weaker competition which ruins the fun for the game. In addition the inconsistency in damage, for ex, one match 3-5 headshots to kill someone most other matches 7-8. i paid good money for this game and to get banned after the reasons i just explained is obsured.
You quit too many games that you were losing and you got stung.

100% agree with the banning issue! I never quit a game on purpose unless I’m the last player after everyone else quits but I’m banned for 10 to 20 mins and one time up to 2 hours!!! Because of the ridiculous 343 server issues. 343 do you all not see it? Every time I go on this forum I see the same EXACT complaint, please fix this soon or you will never have enough customers to buy halo 6 one day.

343 were clear in the lead-up to the game’s release that you would get banned for quitting, griefing, and a poor connection. You failed to finish 6 out of your last 40 matches. I’m getting bored with these threads, the rules were clearly set you have no excuses.

You have 6 DNF out of your last 50.
Quitters claim disconnects but you know you are quitting. I have disconnected before but have yet to be banned at all… why because I don’t quit games. Just because you by a game doesn’t mean you can do what ever you want online on their servers. You have to abide by there rules.
i get it but so what i garuntee ive finished more matches where ive lost then won. i never quit games unless theres an issue…wheather its account swappers deliberately waxing weaker comp cus they can or the servers are crap that day. I cant say for a fact people cheat but ive spent alot of matches 6-7 headshots to people and not killing them, but i assume thats a server or glitch issue to. Also if i was losing im basically conceding the match which i see no prob with because the other team still gets the victory and xp/rp. Just like madden 16. I was in a match where the entire team quit giving us the victory. The system needs to change plain and simple. If people wanna quit let them quit. you dont get xp/rp and you lose whatever badge you used so to me thats penalty enough.
Can’t wait for all the quitters to quit playing halo so I don’t have to worry about them quitting out of my games. Enjoy your bans

I find it interesting that you obviously only read part of my post. It doesn’t matter why you quit, you still negatively impact the other players in the match. We’ve all had to leave matches for one reason or another, but that doesn’t excuse the behavior. If I quit and then have to sit out, that’s just the way it is.

no bro not at all i recorded a match where i couldnt move anywhere cus i was glitching… Ive only been disconnected once or twice and ive never gotten banned… The matches ive quit id say half of them i was glitching beyond control and i quit… others we were just getting owned which is fine i lose alot but since the winning team still gets the win why the penalty?

Thats extreme. Im saying if i pay 60 bucs for a video game i should be able to quit whenever i want… You cant compare something digital to a crime. quiting a match in halo is not a crime.
